Is Counselling for Me?

All sorts of people, from all walks of life seek out a counsellor at some time in their lives.  Generally it is when the usual highs and lows of life have plateaued at a particularly low time.  We may feel stuck, as if there is no way out of our situation or feelings.

Counselling offers an environment in which we can stop for a little while and explore what is going on inside of ourselves.  It helps us to see what choices are available to us, choices that maybe we couldn’t see before.

Sometimes people seek counselling when all is well in their lives.  They see an opportunity to get to know themselves better and develop personally.

Counselling is safe and confidential.
