“The course was so much more than I expected. I loved the group interaction and discussions in breakout rooms. It felt so safe and gentle and yet has been life-changing!”
This 36-hour course is available to those who have attended a previous personal development course with Paula. If you have not, please check out the course 'Personal Development and Counselling Skills'.
The experiential nature of the training promotes a powerful learning environment and is designed to help participants explore how to create healthier interactions with family members, friends and others. Listening skills are developed to help participants offer appropriate support to others. These basic counselling skills may be used by those in caring professions also.
No previous training or experience is required, however a willingness to openly explore and share with others is necessary. Each group will have between eight and sixteen members.
