Personal Development (3) - For Life
Overview
This 30-hour course supports life-long personal development. All members of the group will have previously completed the course “Personal Development and Counselling Skills” and “Personal Development - Continuing to Grow”.
This course will be experiential in nature and will feel comparable to the previous group experience. There will be new material to explore with a focus on making personal application of the material in one’s own life. This will be beneficial personally as well as benefiting participants in their interactions with family, friends and colleagues.
A willingness to openly explore and share with others will again be necessary. Each group will have between eight and sixteen members. The group may well be a 'new’ group, drawing together participants from a variety of previous groups. A new contract regarding confidentiality will be established at our first meeting.

This course does not lead to a professional qualification as a Counsellor or Psychotherapist. It is designed for personal growth only.
